Mr. Reinders has built technology and social media companies during his distinguished career. He was a board member of a global IT division of British Telecom and the Kelly School of Business, MBA at the University of Indiana. Over the past several years, Mr. Reinders has held several positions at PayCargo LLC, including being a Board Member and CEO of PayCargo’s international division. Adriaan Reinders published two business books in the USA and is a frequent event speaker on topics from entrepreneurship to IT and Cargo.

Mr. Colin Rowe is the Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Counsel for Compact Container Systems.  Mr. Rowe has been focused on the maritime industry for the last 14 years.  Having initially joined CCS as an intern in 2009, Mr. Rowe returned to the company in 2022 after working as a maritime litigation attorney specializing in cargo subrogation claims.  Mr. Rowe helps identify, evaluate, and lead unique business opportunities for CCS.  In addition, with his legal background, Mr. Rowe directly supports CCS in helping facilitate and expedite legal matters. Mr. Rowe received a BA from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School where he graduated with a specialty certification in admiralty and maritime law.
